Website design By BotEap.comOne of the most powerful forces in our lives is encouragement. Breath is very important because it changes life. Not only for those who receive it … but also for those who give it.

Website design By BotEap.comThere are three key ways to embrace encouragement in your own life:

Website design By BotEap.com1. Encourage others.

Website design By BotEap.comSome of the most important advice I give people is not to miss the opportunity to encourage others. Your simple words of encouragement can have a profound effect on someone’s life.

Website design By BotEap.comWhen you encourage people, you are giving them a reason to pursue their goal or dream. You’re saying “you get it.” It is not a chimera that they have had spinning in their heads. It is real. Then when the opportunity to shine presents itself, they have the confidence to go ahead and do it.

Website design By BotEap.comJust by showing your support for someone, you can be the one who opens the door to someone’s dream. If you see someone with great talent, point it out and show it off. If you have learned something, share it. Some people fear that if they give their experience to people who may be on a similar path, they will miss out on their own opportunities for them. However, very often, you will find that the good you give will come back to you. But don’t let that be your motivation to cheer someone up. Do it because it is the right thing to do.

Website design By BotEap.comHave you heard of people who “can’t take a compliment”? Somehow they feel uncomfortable when told that they excel at something, that they are people with something special to offer the world. There are many reasons for this. They may feel unworthy or that to acknowledge this kind of encouragement would be selfish.

Website design By BotEap.comHowever, it is important to be able to accept the encouragement of others. It takes you down the path of believing in yourself to achieve those goals. There’s something else you may not have realized when accepting encouragement: it’s not just about you. When you accept the encouragement of others, you are also showing them affirmation.

Website design By BotEap.comFor example, I have met some musicians who tend to deflect compliments in a performance, just because one or two things didn’t work out perfectly, or they are hard on themselves. Fans didn’t notice those little things that artists felt they did or didn’t do … or it wasn’t that important to them. They were affected by the songs or the artists and they wanted to say it. Instead of accepting sincere praise, some artists would respond by criticizing or downplaying their talents.

Website design By BotEap.comThere are a couple of problems with this. When you react in this way, in a sense you are telling people that their thoughts do not affect you. This can be frustrating and disappointing for the person trying to cheer you up. After a while, people may decide that it no longer makes sense because their message doesn’t get through. Over time, they may stop trying altogether … and you will lose the great treasure of breath.

Website design By BotEap.comModesty is an admirable trait, but make sure you don’t take it to the extreme. Accept the encouragement that people give you as a gift. Doing this will bless you and the donor … a true win-win situation.

Website design By BotEap.comNow you might ask yourself, isn’t believing in yourself the same as accepting breath?

Website design By BotEap.comNot really.

Website design By BotEap.comOne has to come before the other. If you are not going to accept the stimulus, it is very difficult to believe in yourself, is not it? The stimulus that is given to you is external. Once you have truly accepted and absorbed it, and recognized it as true, then you are on your way to believing in yourself. Sometimes that’s hard to do when you’re faced with rejection, run into obstacles, and things aren’t going the way you expected … yet.

Website design By BotEap.comYou know deep down why you are doing what you are doing. You have a talent, a calling or a message given by God. Trust it. Things don’t always happen on our schedule … or exactly the way you planned. Many times, it’s that thing that comes out of the left field. Someone saw your website link somewhere strange, or someone found out about you somewhere or someone else … maybe an avenue they never knew.

Website design By BotEap.comThere is an emerging and powerful way to embrace and accept encouragement and believe in yourself: partner with someone who can show your thoughts, plans, and goals like a mirror. In the process of this dynamic, possibilities may be revealed to you that you may not have been aware of, or that you had not thought of, because it might have been stuck on its surface somewhere, or had not seen yourself with new eyes before. . For you, it can be where you are going with your work, how to communicate how unique you are, how do I get this opportunity, etc. When they affirm you, it empowers you. And then it becomes contagious. It feels so good to receive it, that in no time you want others to feel like you, and you start giving it to others.

Website design By BotEap.comI hope that in these concepts you have found something that you can relate to in your own life, as a giver or receiver of encouragement.
