The Beverly Hills-based Hard Candy makeup manufacturer has been acquired by LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton. Founded by Iranian-American sisters Pooneh and Dineh Mohajer, the company is known for its quirky nail polish and bold marketing. In fact, the brand’s logo is a mix of “hick” and “trailer trash”! While the firm’s sales have grown rapidly over the years, founder Dineh will continue to be a creative force behind the firm.
