All I want you to do is go up the stairs and come back down. Keep doing it. And again. Do this for AT LEAST 15 minutes before stopping. Don’t stop while you do this. If you can do this for 20-25 minutes, even better.

Website design By BotEap.comYou can do this however you want, you only need to do 200 every day. The actual part of doing this will take less than 4 minutes. I recommend you start doing 25 as fast as you can. Then take a break. Then repeat. Keep doing sets of 25 until you’ve done 200. It’s not as difficult or time consuming as it sounds. Try it. Eliminate fat quickly.
