Website design By BotEap.comSeveral bodybuilders are so in love with the bench press that they forget to use one of the most effective full-body exercises – squats. Squats are known as the big daddy of all exercises because of the benefits one can get from them.

The legs consist of various muscle parts, but they are mainly divided into groups such as: quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes / glutes, and calves. During squats, the quadriceps is the main target muscle group, however the hamstrings, glutes, and calves are also involved in the compound movement of squats.

When the bar sits and sinks into your trapeze, you struggle to lift it, which creates the aggressive movement we want to build and gain lean mass.

It takes a lot of effort to push the bar during the squat routine, as it literally burns more calories than most body part exercises. When I bench press, lateral push-ups, or barbell row, I don’t gasp and almost throw up like when I squat. It’s intense and almost insane!

Most of your answers are squats! Because it’s a full-body workout that engages almost every major muscle group and burns calories like a furnace.
