I stopped by for lunch the other day at my favorite restaurant, a little place on the outskirts of Sausalito. This is the kind of place where all the regulars know each other, and the conversation often gets personal. Sure enough, the conversation turned to personal finances and bills, and the topic of how much people paid for car insurance came up. After all, California is a pretty expensive state to insure a car.

I first asked him if he had called that company that advertises using the cute lizard, you know.
