Website design By BotEap.comI didn’t realize until now that the 6th and 7th are the weekend that you listen to the bonus conditioning CDs. So today’s newest lesson is on the 8th and it’s aptly named “The Power of Focus.” On Day 5, we talked about how changing one’s physiology, by moving fast or slow, head up or down, or even facial expressions, changes emotions.

That is, for you to feel good, you have to erase the things that you could feel bad about and for you to feel bad, you would have to erase everything good that surrounds you. When this “elimination” process is not consciously directed, it can take much longer to get the results you are looking for, if you achieve your goals at all.

Website design By BotEap.comThere are two things here that we can control regarding focus. Immediately, by changing any of these, you change how you feel.

Website design By BotEap.comWhen you become aware of your focus at any given moment, that assessment what you focus on determines whether or not you keep it.

Website design By BotEap.comtwo). Your life and the state of emotions in which you are living, result from the questions you ask.

Website design By BotEap.comTo manage your emotional state by controlling what you focus on, you must pay attention to the questions you ask yourself.

Website design By BotEap.comone). Questions like “Why do I always end up here?” or “Why do I never have enough money?” or “Why do I always date losers?” they are really limiting, they don’t really address the main issues.

Website design By BotEap.comtwo). Keep asking questions, but ask more of the “how, what, where” type. For example, “How can I find a new destination that I like?” or “What can I do to create more money?” or “What would I need to find a more appropriate date?” it might actually help you get the answers you’re looking for.

Website design By BotEap.comThe mind is continually asking questions anyway, so doesn’t it make sense to ask best questions so you can get best answers? You’ll know if the questions are on the right track if the answers help empower you instead of keeping you in a useless “loop” of questions and answers.

Website design By BotEap.comToday’s assignment involved developing five questions to ask each morning for the rest of this 30-day program. They would be specifically designed to help propel one into a powerful state, yes, even first thing in the morning.

Website design By BotEap.comThey are written safely and next to my bed so I can reach them (well, after I find my reading glasses). As I go through them, I make sure I have at least two answers for each question.

Website design By BotEap.comWell, that’s a summary of today’s training review session. The changes are beginning. I will write about what I am noticing. What are you noticing? Anything? Any hint of energetic thinking or plans in the making?
