If the lead checks “YES”, the advertiser will be paid for this joint registration as soon as the lead submits the form. This could probably offset the cost of the lead to the advertiser and essentially you just got one lead for free and you can market to this person forever.

So the third page could have a question and an answer, and depending on which answer the user clicks on, it would send them to an appropriate landing page with another CPA or affiliate offer or multiple offers.
