That’s a long time to sit without any physical activity. This is the reason why many of those who work in office environments tend to get fat and find it difficult to shed extra pounds.
Website design By BotEap.comIt got to the point where I didn’t know what to do to exercise. I don’t have time to join a gym. I also don’t have time to run home and put on gym clothes. The easiest solution for me was to walk after work on the days I only work my day job. I put on or wear sneakers on those days and right after work, I walk in a good place in the city. Sometimes I change where I walk, but I make it to a good 30-45 minute walk each time.

Well, considering that many people don’t get any exercise at all, walking is a great benefit for many people. Some advantages include:

- Helps control weight (lose weight)
- Vary your pace: walk moderately to briskly
