It is important to tell a friend, family member, parents your destination and path, time of departure and arrival back to the camp. If you are driving to your destination, verbally communicate the type, color and license plate number to a trusted friend. Walking alone is dangerous, so call a friend to join you.

Website design By BotEap.comStop – start by removing your backpack and sitting in a comfortable place. Begin by slowing down your breathing. Close your eyes and, as you inhale through your nose with a controlled breath, feel the breath begin to fill your stomach and then the chest area. When you get to the point where you can’t breathe in again, you will hold on for 3 seconds and then slowly and with control, you will exhale with pursed lips. Relax your shoulders and make your mind listen to the sounds and repeat.
