It could be psychologically damaging, which could be worse than losing your job. You certainly wouldn’t want to be on the receiving end of that.

There are certain fighting words, keywords; like feminism, black power, and gay rights, which could be used against someone in a very negative tone. That might be all it takes.

That would be because some would interpret it as a display of religious preference at work.
